Cancellation Policy
Only one client is treated per time slot, so a cancelled appointment cannot usually be filled at short notice.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Please contact us by email or Instagram as early as possible.
Late cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment cannot be refunded, because the reserved time can no longer be offered to another client.
No-show
If an appointment is missed without notice, the reserved treatment is considered used.
Exceptions
Illness and unforeseen emergencies are handled individually. Please reach out and we will find a solution together.
