The Nomi Lymph Up Method

A specialized form of lymphatic therapy, structured in three zones. The largest lymphatic network in the body sits in the abdomen and hips, which is why Zone 1 plays a central role in our method. Zone 2 targets the legs, thighs and glutes. Each zone can be booked individually, or combined for a full-body sculpting and detox experience. Traditional techniques combined with modern approaches — for results visible after the first treatment.

On the treatment bed, same light and angle — before: a softly bloated abdomen and fuller waistline from water retention. After one session: a flatter lower belly and a more defined waist, drained and detoxed. We focus here because the largest lymphatic system is in the belly.
